Fairchild

Fairchild, a newly built luxury apartment, seamlessly blends Art Deco and Art Nouveau influences. I was responsible for shaping Fairchild's brand identity, overseeing all design aspects, including logos, typefaces, colors, and print collateral. I designed and illustrated graphics for four post-and-panel signs displayed outside the building and a 40-foot window film surrounding the gym. I developed and led the selection of materials and finishes for the leasing consultants, such as folders, floorplan books, tote bags, and pens. In addition, I created the entire interior sign package and curated the art wall in the leasing office and the second entrance.
