HIP Projects is a commercial real estate development firm specializing in the construction and design of high-quality mixed use community. I rebranded the company's visual identity to embody the luxury living motto. From designing construction gear and fence banners to developing the website and presentation slides, my involvement ensured a cohesive representation of their projects. Additionally, I organized a company event through an evite, hosted at Fairchild—a newly built apartment within the HIP Projects portfolio.
